Smiler Sheets
Smiler Sheets.
The name ' Smiler ' derives from its use on the first British personalised stamp sheet of a set of 10 stamps that first appeared in a Greetings Booklet issued in 1990. The first Smiler Sheet was issued in 2000 as part of the Stamp Show at Earls Court.
