As a dealer I buy in huge amounts of Mint GB Decimal stamps.
These are all valid for postage today.
They are all as issued by Royal Mail. The only difference is that I sell my stamps cheaper then they do!

I sell my surplus postage in mixed lots with a roughly even spread of values, starting at 1 or 2p through to about 40p face value per stamp in batches of £50.00 starting at 86% of the face value. In this way, there will be many combinations of values that will make up various current postage rates. That's £50.00 worth of stamps for £43.00.
There are then slightly higher discounts for the more postage you buy.

I sell 1st class only stamps in batches of 100 (face = £41.00 currently) starting at 90% of the face value. That's £41.00 worth of stamps for £36.90
Again, there are slightly higher discounts for the more you buy.

I sell 2nd class only stamps in batches of 100 (face = £32.00 currently) at 90% of the face value. That's £32.00 worth of stamps for £28.80
Supply of these is limited, so I'm afraid that there is no better discount for larger orders

Some stamps may have previously been mounted in albums, but all are supplied with at least some gum. I DO NOT sell un-gummed/unused stamps for postage that have been through the post, but have been missed by the franking machine.
These are illegal to use and could get you into serious trouble.
