A minimum value of £20.00 applies to all orders
DELIVERY TIME OF YOUR ORDER
Every effort is made to dispatch goods within 10 working days.
Many orders are in the post much quicker but due to Shows, buying trips, holiday etc, there can
occasionally be a delay in processing orders of up to 14 days, so please allow 21 days for receipt.
High Value / Expensive listed items may take 7 days for me to retrieve as they
are all kept at my Bank and I only have access to the box once a week.
NEW OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS PAYING BY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD
Please note that for security your name and address details will be checked and will have to be verified by your Card company before your order is dispatched. Depending on your
bank this may delay the sending of material for a couple of days. My apologies
but there are a lot of stolen card details floating around in the world!

(This will be clearly stated in the description and is only relevant to
the regularly updated sections. All basic section stamps are guaranteed as genuine).
All items sold with a Certificate of Authenticity are sold with the opinion of that certificate only. Any subsequent Opinion will not be grounds for any refund or return.
ALL STAMPS ARE SOLD UNDER THE VAT GLOBAL ACCOUNTING SCHEME.
VAT cannot be added or deducted for any order whatever the country of delivery.
ON THE SITE
All images displayed in the general section of the site are produced as a guide
only. They are not the actual stamps that you will receive. Where I have
produced different Shades, the colour that is displayed must not be regarded as
the definitive colour as the shade viewed maybe subject to the quality of your
computer and screen, but they are a good guide.
Images displayed in the Selected items, Errors, Collections and Bargains are of
the actual stamp(s) you will receive.
POSTING AND INSURANCE POLICY
By placing any order from this website by whatever means you are agreeing to the following:
The postage options and their relevant Insurance levels are of your choosing as detailed on my Postage Costs page (see link above).
By choosing one of the available options you are agreeing to accept the terms and maximum level of compensation described therein. The cover is for the value of the order or for the value of Insurance taken, whichever is the lower value.
All compensation is subject to my Insurance company agreeing to the claim. This will only be an issue if the Insurance company discovers that you have made similar claims of non receipt in the past and they believe that it is a fraudulent claim.
Any attempt to default on these terms will be pursued vigorously through the English Courts if necessary.
In the unlikely event that your Package fails to arrive, then the following will apply.
As per Royal Mail's Lost Items Notice, Items will not be considered as lost until 15 working days for UK deliveries and 25 days for Overseas deliveries.
If an item is lost, then I will try to replace in the first instance. If this is not possible then a refund will be issued for the cost of the item(s) including postage charges or to the maximum Insurance level (whichever is the smaller) of the Postage option you choose. Any refund will be made in the same form as the initial payment. For example, refunded to the same credit card used.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Every item supplied is sent with a full refund policy if not to your expectations. For UK customers 14 days from the date of sending is allowed for any return. The 14 days is extended for time to allow for overseas delivery. All I ask is that overseas customers email me within 14 days of their intention to return the item(s).
If items are returned for no other reason than just not liking something then I reserve the right not to refund postage costs. For bulk standard
issues I will generally replace the item(s) in the first instance unless
I feel that the expectation is too high then I will refund immediately.
Though I've hardly ever had any problems.
We will not be liable for the replacement of any goods under any guarantee if they have been damaged or misused.
All guarantees are in addition to your statutory consumer rights.
Payment by any of the above credit, debit cards and Paypal are accepted
All card payments are drawn in Pounds Sterling and are based on the exchange rate set by your card company.
I also accept Bankers Draft, GB Personal Cheques (please allow time for clearance), Bank transfer and Cash (sent your risk) in either GB Sterling US Dollars or Euros.
Exchange rate for Dollars and Euros will be set by using the mid buy/sell tourist exchange rate set by my bank on the day of checking. All totals to pay will be rounded up to accept notes only (no Coins).
