BY PLACING AN ORDER FROM THIS SITE YOU ARE AGREEING TO MY TERMS AND CONDITIONS (see link above)
THIS APPLIES PARTICULARLY IN RELATION TO OUR POSTING AND INSURANCE POLICY.

Please indicate your chosen Postage Service clearly either at the SECURE CHECKOUT for Internet orders or on the printed ORDER FORM or in your letter if sending by post.
If no indication is given then I will use the following services by default.
For Overseas Postings a Signed For Service is mandatory for order values over the specified amount, except for African countries that have separate conditions.

Please note: Your checkout total does NOT include the cost of Posting or Insurance where required. Due to the vast difference in the weight of stock items (One stamp in it's envelope can weigh 20g whereas a packaged Year Book can weigh 800g) it is not possible to work out the cost of orders until I have processed them.

INSURANCE
Due to Royal Mail imposing any rule they can think of in order to avoid paying compensation for lost items of post, I am now providing my own arranged Insurance and so the postage applied to your package may not be as much as the cost of the charges made. The level of Insurance that I now offer is much higher and you will be paid as long as it is not proven to be a fraudulent claim. More importantly to me in honesty is the fact that so will I, which has not been the case with Royal Mail of late!
Details are set out below under the relevant sections.
Please note that Payment of compensation may be subject to the Insurance Company making checks on any previous claims you may have made in relation to non receipt of goods and may not be paid if they believe your claim to be fraudulent.

UK ORDERS
Goods with a value below £50.00 will be sent at your Risk for all orders. A certificate of Posting will be obtained solely as proof of posting.
Recorded Delivery is an option for you. I offer no insurance on this postage option, other than if your order fails to arrive, then I will send you the Recorded slip in order for you to make a claim with Royal Mail
Orders above £50.00 will be sent using Special Delivery with Insurance costs as detailed below. For heavy items The Parcel Post Service may be used.
All UK orders can choose any postage option required. However, if the insurance option is not chosen, then no claim for a refund will be considered and action will be taken through the UK courts if necessary.

ALL OVERSEAS COUNTRIES OTHER THAN LISTED IN NEXT SECTION
Goods with a value below £50.00 will be sent at your Risk for all orders. A certificate of Posting will be obtained solely as proof of posting. Orders of £50.00 to £200.00 will be sent using International Signed For, Full Insurance. by default though you have the option to downgrade this if you wish. Orders above £200.00 must be sent using International Signed For. Full Insurance.

ALL AFRICAN COUNTRIES ARE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS
Due to the appalling number of instances of theft using International Signed For, this service is no longer available for any order sent to any African Country. There seems to be no problem using the basic air mail service.
All orders sent to Africa will therefore be sent at your Risk. A certificate of Posting will be obtained solely as proof of posting.
Credit Card, Debit Card and Paypal will only be accepted for orders of less than £50.00
All Orders above £50.00 must be paid for using Bank Draft or Bank Transfer.
I am sorry to have to take this action, but I am unable to continue losing packages due to the Postal System.

POSTAL CHARGES

The Charges stated below are my minimum cost. Orders weighing above Royal Mails minimum weight levy will be charged at cost rounded up to the nearest 5p
If ordering by post please remember to allow extra for bulky lots. Surplus will be credited or refunded. If Insufficient funds are made available then the posting method will be down graded to a lower level and may not be covered by insurance.
Special Delivery and International Signed For, Full Insurance will be charged at the minimum level to cover the cost of your order.
